hi everyone I am new to site and vu+ solo 2 , just put bh 2.0.7.1 and wondered does it have ts panel on it or do u have to install and how thanks for reading and any help would be really appreciated gala gaz

You'll have to install it. The easy way is to use VuCC 0.7 to install the .ipk file.
