BBC3. BBC4, BBC News, are now transmitting in HD. You may need to retune your recievers

tell me about it ... but funnily enough it's the only 2F UK beam transponder that has made my vu+ solo2 signal meter budge ever so slightly to 6% ...

It really is a bit of trickery. If your receiver only wants VID and AID you will find that BBC3 and CBBC will just swap at 7pm UK. Likewise with BBC4 and CBeebies.
