Problem with TV picture only subtitles showing

I have installed black hole 2.0.7.1 build: 2013.11.12
Also installed CCcam 2.3.0 and made it the active cam.
I put the CCam.cfg in the /etc directory.
When I go on a scrambled chanel like sky italia cinema, I only get the subtitles no picture . Any help please?

press blue button on remote to show Active cam...go sideways to the one you want to activate,and press ok.

Yes I did that already. CCcam 2.3.0 is the active one.

Is it a Blackhole Cam.
Have you FTP the TSPanel into
your box (What STBox ?).
The B/Hole Cams can then
be Uploaded into the
Blackhole image.

i have same box ie uno and bh2.0.7. I used tspanel 7.2 to install bits but I am sure from the outset I installed cccam 2.3.0 manually using vuccc. You made have done all that so did you edit the cccam.cfg with c line and have you the attributes set as 755? to change attributes to 755 right click on cccam.cfg and select attributes.

also for bh the emu should be in usr/bin.

you should really say how you installed ccam and confirm you have the uno?
