lost signal on 10714 - 11222 on 28.2 e tm5402

Hi can any1 help pls. Im in Austria with 1.25 m dish and black inverto lnb. all of a sudden i lost all my channels on frequencys from 10714 to 11222 and also the top of the 1200s. I am only now getting a 8% signal on all the low band. My dish hasnt moved ive tried blind scan advanced search deleting tps and no luck!!! Any help appreciated. its a tm5402

Could be a failed LNB or maybe a cabling/connector problem. Also could be the control power from your receiver is off for some reason. First check it's on in the setup menu then actually measure it if you have a meter. Safest way is to connect a fly lead to the aerial input (satellite) of your receiver and measure the voltage between the inner and the screen being careful not to let them become shorted.
