backup channel lists on spiderbox 6000 smartbox

1,Menu
2,System Settings
3,Software update
4. Software Backup
5. User Database
6,Then go down to usb root then > to get to right hand column
7,Press ok on add new file
8,Name the file and save with or without an .ssu prefix.
9,You will then see the file you named below
10,Press ok on it, then ok again to execute the back up

At point 8 .... name it / no need to add .ssu. Point 10 is essential! Don't skip it. Without it....ERROR!!!! Thanks jbvid. A thorough instruction.

Correct, the way I read it you add .ssu at point 10.
In post #2 .ssu was never mentioned so why mention it at all, confusion say's.

Edited point #8 now, it can be added to the main Sticky by someone with access.
The original channel list updates all had .ssu ext thats where it originated from.
