s4000 problems

hi i have been using the s4000 for 2 years now a few weeks ago i had installed the latest firmware but the box suffered many issues its reset to v1.10.32 but i have delay in the sound and still has issues what firmware is best to run? also was at mates house with humax fresat and saw his epg and ability to set record(almost skybox like) is the s4000 able to show similar? is this now considered an old box if so what would be a good new box ? any help welcome. happy new year

BUT a year ago I swapped over to a vu duo from goldwafers and never looked back !!

so if looking for a new box , consider the vu boxes from goldwafers

they did have a special offer on the vu duo this month, otherwise consider the vu solo 2 or vu duo 2
