how to remove iptv default channels

Hi Guys
I am trying to remove all the IPTV default channels by pressing the Red Edit button, Del then yellow button Del all. It clears the screen of all the IPTV channels with the message 'no service. But the IPTV channels are still embedded when I logged in again. Is there anyway to remove the default channels altogether apart from Factory Reset? Regards

They are written in software so the answer is no you cannot remove them permanently. But you can delete them the way you described, and do not press the blue button again while on the IPTV, as this is what populates the default list
