Hello, could do with some help,my motor is old I cant remember the make the manual says its sm3d12 diseqc 1.2 postioner and go to x function,since the bad weather I had problems with the picture,reset the satellites and now I have the spider box 6000 switching off the TV and when I try to set up the motor its flashes up a message saying "antenna overload" Anyone had this problem,there is no buttons to reset to zero on the motor.Is it time to replace.

Sounds like its shorting out the cable

or the cable may be shorted out, or wet , try a replacement cable and F connectors first

Hello again, thanks to all of you for your quick response,I had tried of lots of different ways of trying to solve the problem,shorting out now it been pointed out to me make sense,will try tomorrow winds permitting will post my results.
So impressed with spider box 6000 I had my 9000 for years and before that my TM box,and always had good support from the forums.

Hello,Just to update you with my motor problems,I am please to say the advice I was given was correct,my main feed from dish to receiver was shortening out somewhere.I have been having problems with the signal moving,big thank you to manic01-bobothebear and echelon for saving me the price of a new motor and giving me good support
