help please tm 7102hd

hi i just got a new tm 7102hd and installed latest phantom patch but i cant get into the 8281 menu i have done the factory reset and reboot do i need to use the add on patch and if so where i could find it.

Here is how I set up my 7102HDT2
Make sure you do the following
On the HD or a USB stick have the following
Backup of sat list .cndf
Backup of any softcam key
Backup of stb
Latest Technomate firmware (128)
Latest phantompatch (131)
Addon_002

These can all be found in the firmware section of the Technomate 7000 series here.

Now make sure you have the USB stick inserted and recognised

Now
Factory reset system reboots
Select language etc
Select USB stick , load official firmware (128)
System automatically reboots
Select USB stick
Load phantompatch (131)
System automatically reboots
Select USB stick
Load addon_002
System automatically reboots
Select USB stick
Load .cndf file (general and default)
Load softcam key if needed
Check time settings and internet and other settings
Now you should have access to the 8280 and 8281 menus

Others may have their own approaches but a clean start and load the software in this order has worked for me.

Hi Rodlogic thank you for your reply,i have tried to download the add on patch in the firmware section on this forum but it just wont download seems like its been withdrawn, i did try on another forum but with the same result ,any ideas?.

Hi mate, so glad you managed to find the Add-on - as it certainly is still open to download as & when all over the place, the most obvious place probably being the 'Download Centre'!:respect-055:

I re-uploaded the Addon_002 into the firmware section as it seemd to have disappeared - also checked the latest official firmware and phantompatch (131) was also available there.
Also worked out how to get the CS stuff working at last :-)
