Hi hope this is in the correct section? If not can one of the admins let me know and transfer. I have just come across an icecrypt s4000 and after trying the original firmware decided to change the re seller ID to atevio 7000 no problem using the atevio recovery software. I came across a site which said that there was a new firmware out for the atevio called Titan nit which I put on the box. The problem is it is locked and you need to contact the site to unlock it. It uses a loader called i - boot which stops you from using atevio recovery, porter etc. or using a boot from usb. I have tried L1.54 which loads so far but i boot then re appears. Any ideas how to get rid of it or do i have to go back to the site and pay?:respect-037:

Ps I have done a lot of reading and not much posting but thought if this is a problem it would help anybody who might want to go the same route!

Use the AAF recovery tool to flash the original boot loader and atevio recovery image after that you have a stock (atevio) box from there you can upgrade boot loader and image like before.
If you want to load Icecrypt images you go trough the reseller id stuff again but I didn't see any differences in software version between different resellers so the 1.11.70 from atevio, icecrypt and octagon are all as crappy...
Currently running 1.11.30 from atevio on my Ice and working fine...

p.s. I tried the titannit once and was willing to pay for it but that is only for "real" atevio owners, I even contacted them to see if we could make a deal but no go, so no "factory e2" for non-atevio users...
