Protek 9700HD - is it in use still

Hi everyone - I have been living in Russia for 30 months and have been unable to use my machine but I am moving to Serbia where I can easily get the old Astra and Hotbird - is the Protek still working? Or is it advisable to look for something new? Many thanks. It will be good to get back to some good watching!!

The protek 9700 is no longer supported by their server, however you could contact admin on protek elite, to see what the current situation is regarding the extension option which may be available.

if serial number of box starts with 0 box no longer supported by server,no extensions of gift ..

I thought I saw a post on protek site that said they were no longer offering an extension service.

Hi All,

@Aldo, Aldo Can I move my
Protek 9760 to my sisters house
from my House.
Not sure, had it switched off for
12 months (Use Uno now) and
Protek is still OK.

@mick6174 The 9700 is the latest
model. most Protek's last 4 years.
