Same satellite on A and B tuner?

I have two dishes, is it possible to have the same satellite on A & B tuners and swap between the two, I have scanned 28east into B tuner (but looking to the long term there are trees which block this dish when the leaves return) so I scanned in the same sat on A tuner, scanned ok but cannot get the channels on this tuner only on B. Could someone please tell me if this is possible ? or if not, how to delete the satellite off B tuner and rescan on A.

going by what you have said,
you have 2 fixed dishes both pointing to 28e
by rule of thumb the box will use the last tuner it was using
if you dont want tuner b to be used you can change configuration mode of it to 'not configured' this will mean tuner a will be used for 28e
if you can move dish b to another satellite then just select the satellite you want for it with tuner b and scan it
it will be used for this sat and tuner a will be used for 28e
if you still want to use tuner b for 28e periodically then you'll have to switch it on and off manually (configuration mode simple/not configured)
as and when required
