spiderbox 9000hd keeps rebooting

can anybody help please, i have had my spiderbox 9000hd for about 4 yrs now, it has started to re boot is self, it does it about every 2 mins, and sometimes it knocks the volume off, the thing is it only does it on pay to veiw channels,(cccam) on free to air it stays on, any body any ideas why??. thanks

this is a known fault and it should also go off on FTA just leave it and see. same happened to me and... no known fix.
