youre not that far from me , ill check what strongest tp is later for you , ive only got a slightly bigger dish a 1.2 and get about 700 channels from there.

i'm also in the north west area and also have 700 chns scanned in
on a 1.2 chn master dish and if the weathers good i get most of these
chns open, even the bein sport chns and there hd chns , but if there is
heavy rain are dense cloud cover i loose all the sport chns but still get
the mbc and fox movies etc: and many other gen open

mbc action hd , is one of the channels at that freq .

seems the strongest as off 18.00 on the channels i checked .

it is encrypted .

its very heavy rain at the moment,i guess the same in youre area.

yeah wait for a nice clear sky and signals seem to improve from about 5/6 pm on.

put a new lnb on today cant get a signal on bt sport hd and setanta ireland all the other channels are ok just wondering if skew not right and this is what is stopping getting anything on 7west

the new lnb i put in was too strong ie high gain put old lnb back in and btsport hd and setanta ireland are ok now but not getting anything on 7 west

when i put the new lnb in i wasnt getting a signal on 28e on setanta and bt hd channels also showcase my longitude is 3.0 west if i changed this to 4.0 west i then got a signal on these channels put old lnb back in and changed longitude back to 3.0 west and got signal on these channels as i was before i changed lnb the only reason i put in the high gain lnb was to try and pull in channels on weaker sats
