Hi hope somebody can help when on menu on 6000hd spiderbox cannot access network it is coming up not inserted on the other menu screen do I need a patch

Did follow this instruction:

To get extended Menu options goto Menu / Others and press 1111, this will give you 3 extra options at the bottom of the list.
