Hi, i have 2 spiderboxes both with faults. when you plug one in all i get is a green light on the display and nothing else eg(f100), the optical port is also lit on the back. the other when you switch it on it has a red flashing light and again nothing on the display. i have tried the recovery tool on both boxes using windows xp professional and a null modem,but nothing happens. i have followed all tutorials to the letter but nothing. could anybody throw some light?

Yes, if you are sure you have carried out the correct procedure using the correct equipment it looks like they are finished with.
There are no guarantees that the recovery tool will fix all Spiderboxes. If it won't flash it won't repair.
