Hi when i go into "Network" on my spiderbox 7000hd my "client setup" details are missing after i had to turn off the power supply to the box how do i recover them please?

there should be 10 listed in there (blanks or whatever)

just add your details back into number 01 as cccam or newcamd as required

only YOU will know those details as you obtained them from your "provider"
if you dont know them, then obtain them from said "provider"

you need to turn the patch back "on" using your remote control
