Lnb settings on 6000hd

I have an inverto lnb on a motorised dish all sats are ok but some I don't get signal until I go into satellite settings and change the lnb type I don't understand all the types is there a default for sd or hd which my box should be set up with thanks

Have you followed all of the instructions below:

Satellite Setup

Go to Menu / Sat Settings, scroll down the left hand list and click OK to select all the Sats you want to scan, this will give them a tick.
Right arrow across, scroll down to Motor, right arrow to select ‘Diseq/Usals’, OK, Scroll down to Mode, select Drive to Satellite, scroll down to Set Location, OK, Scroll down Set Long then Lat then save, scroll to Go ‘Save Data and run’ thats it.

i have inverto lnb on 1.2 channel master motorised and some sats were not set to Universal 9.750-10.600 but after changing the sats i wanted to this they have all been ok. never had to go back once they were on Universal 9.750-10.600.

Thanks for the info I have changed all my sats to 9.750 -10.600 very strange this for example on skysports1hd on 28 then move dish to sky cinema max on hot bird 12034 v 29900 the signal and quality are there then goes off but other transponders are fine it happens on some transponders on other sats aswell dish seems aligned
