Hi to all. I purchased a SPIDERBOX HD 9000 about three years ago,and some how it went into QC MENU. I must have altered something in the menu, but now I can,t get back in it. I no you can,t put this on the open forum. But can some body PM me how to get back in it, so I can reset it back to defaults. I can,t afford to send it back to the ***** shop where I bought it from. Please can some body help

Now and again someone will interfere with your spiderbox and cause it to go into QC mode - which should only be accessible by factory personnel.


Here, in pictures, is how to get out of it.

It will show up like this:

Go to the bottom and select "load default"

When you get the message as shown below, turn off from the switch at the back and on again.

The spiderbox will then boot normally and nothing will have been affected.
