Hi all, I'm considering buying a vu+ duo 2 as my tm6900 super doesn't work too well with a cccam cline, would this box be a good option for me?

I live mine so fast. Restarts in seconds rather than the 3 mins my dm800 takes! Highly recommend one!

Hi guys, I have got a duo2 and have everything running except my motorised setup, usals dosent seem to work, it cant find any satellites and the search functions are useless. I have a fixed dish for 28e so that is fine, but I would like to use the other tuner with my motorised dish. the dish hasn't moved, it was working fine with my other receiver this morning. Any ideas very welcome.

This is from the dummies guide:

"Press Menu
Select Setup Press OK
Select service searching Press OK
Select Positioner Setup Press OK
Select goto 0 Press RED Button

Dish should now goto 1w.

3. Upload a Channel List"

I'll pm as requested.

ok thanks cant understand why its not working
all connections fine if so try the tuners the other way round and see if that helps
also don't install a channel list see if it works then by manual scan

Tried the tuners the other way, motor drives to 28e with low signal and can't find 13e or 19e. Maybe I'll try a different Chanel list or scan tomorrow, thanks for all your help.

use catseye channel list m8

and the other tuner is working ok ok fixed dish 28.2e if so you wont need that in the moter list

Got this sorted, I sent the motor to zero position a few times and eventually it worked, I had already tried this last night to no avail, so don't really know what the problem was.
Thanks for your help all the same.
