C3 line is correct in your file.

you will need to use mgcamd to open bulsat 39e channels,,,,,nat geo,nova sport,cn,,ect,,,ive attached an up to date softcam file.

Thanks for all your help I have been running 39 East for almost a year with the mgcamb 38c that Simon gave me. Updated over the months without a hitch then I updated Blackhole to the latest version 2.0.8 .Then have not been able to open ever since I have just put the sofcam in and the mgcamb posted on here still no joy.

I am using DCC to imput files via ftp.
I opened the softcam and put them into keys.

I opened the mgcamb and got usr and sent them to usr hope this is right: I have mgcamb1.38c on the blue button so I know its in the VU Solo2 ok

I have the mg cfg in also in camscript .

Finally got it sorted I had to change the Ngcamb 1.38c back to Mgcamd 1.37 strange why Mgcamd 1.38c should go off after almost a year with new keys.
