Forget the password

I just need your help, please
I have changed the password in my spider6000Hd and I want to do factory settings. I have forgot the password, how can I reset it , please?

Ok the best thing to try is install the last patch, this should set the password to 0000. Note when the patch is installed you will be able to factory reset, I hope you have backed up your channels as they will be lost after patching.
