Turn off NAR

Hi Guys

Can you tell me how to turn off the NAR on the soundtrack. ( they tell you what is going on on the screen )
I know I can do this using the audio button but I would like to
turn it off permanatly... is this possible ????????

menu -> setup -> system -> auto language selection -> prefer ac3 track
