Vu+Duo2 and timeshift

How use timeshift with Vu+Duo2? Is there auto timeshift plugin or I need different image for that. At moment i use OpenPL.

Look for permanent timeshift plugin.

I would give you a link to it but I'm on my iphone and nowhere near a PC. I'm sure if you searched the forums you will find a .ipk

how do the permanent timeshift work?
can it be recorded to a usb stick?

It just records the channel your on so you can rewind. It records where your films normally get recorded to

interesting, does it slow down the receiver any?
let say that i use a 16gb usb memory, and when i change channel, does the recording erase itself?
what happens when the usb memory gets full?

When you change channel it starts a fresh so I believe, I used to use it but don't anymore. I wouldn't advise using it on a hard drive as your hd would constantly be in use. Doesn't slow your box down as far as I noticed

Working fine with VuDuo2 hard drive. When you change channel or switch off timeshift recording is erased. But you can use current timeshift when start recording. In timeshift menu you can change length of active timeshift when not enough memory in USB.
