Going through wireless but nothing getting picked up on scan.

I have just set up a new box but it will only pick up next doors wifi? The box is only 20ft away from router, anyone help please. Is there anyway for the box to give you a choice on the scan?

If you are getting next doors Wi Fi then the receiver appears to be working. Have you checked your router, to see if the Wi Fi is switched on?

Yes all WiFi working.

try another WIFI channel on your router.Mostly channel 9 is the best.On my duo i had channel 11 and only 100 Mb.By changing the router to channel 9 i get 150 MB.Only 2.4 Ghz is open !.
