Icecrypt S3200CCIHD in Spain all channels showing as scrambled

Hi everyone,

Joined to try and fix the above problem. The mother in law bought the S3200 as a way of getting the BBC channels in Spain. They worked for a while now they are all scrambled. I've had a look through the threads but am a bit wary of doing something wrong and knackering the box. If someone could direct me to the appropriate thread I'd appreciate it.

press menu.....internet.....ftp server......in the list there should be a new software file with yesterday, or todays date.....install it with red button.......

Thanks, couldn't see a software file in the menu above but pressed red button anyway. It connected then said file not found.

the box has to be connected to the internet to do it...
