TM5302 Not clearing? help needed

Trying to set up TM5302 for my son
Loaded lines it states connected but no channels
Any advise gratefully received

If as manic01 says, its patched and your line states 'connected' then it ought to be ok - but has the box had a channel list loaded on to it too mate?
You havent really told us too much for us to be able to help you - especially as without a channel list you wont have too many channels eh?

Sorry about not putting too much info.
I have done a blind scan on 28.0e seem to have all the channels
FTA seem fine it is just the cccam doesn't seem to descramble other channels
The lines show connected, however I will try You Tube and also ping it from pc to check network.
I've tried rebooting / turning router on & off to renew ip address
Didn't know if it was like TM800 / TM Twin where you have to start enigma

Thanks for your help but up and running now
Reset everything new input
DHPC on & off then working
Not sure if it was typing error or network problem although it did say connected
Only lesson to be learned ask for help keep trying by elimination
