S3500HDCCI can't load plugins

Just before I put this box on **** could anyone give instructions to load plugins PLEASE
Been trying for most of this week on and off
Loaded new firmware:
S3500HDCCI
Europe
L 6.47
HS7110 1.00
HS v2.11.70
API Aug 20 2013
FDU v1.4

But can't find plugins on USB stick
Tried: Rebooting / Factory Resets / Different USB's
Any help could be Life saving
