help please

Hi all, its been a while since I visited the site but would be very gratefull if someone could help me. I have just had to do a factory reset on my tm-6800 not super, as the reciever died, now I have no channel list or patch, most important is the channel list, can anyone help me with the latest channel list and patch ,I would be so gratefull. I have tried to download the 2012 one but it just downloads internet Explorer and no file, thanks carmine

try using a diffren web browser
this seems to be an ie 11 or win 8.1 problem

we have Windows 7 and hav'nt had any probs before i will try again thanks for reply Carmine
