6800hd and 27.5 west no quality signal

Hi all newbie here.
Live just outside Malaga and lost all uk 28.2 stuff.
Just changed my 5400sd for a 6800hd non super to use 27.5 west sat with codes.
However unable to obtain any quality signal on the 11495 transponder with all the correct pids, sr, biss codes etc.
Is anyone able to confirm that the 6800hd will receive the 11495 transponder or is able to receive 27.5 west? If so can you offer any advice, or can anyone offer a solution.

Using a technomate 6800hd , 1.2 mtr dish with black edition lnb, clear view to 27.5 west no obstructions.

Out of interest have a Comag hd box which shows quality signal on the 11495 tp but as its not dbs2/q unable to instal biss codes.
Sorry about not introducing myself but spent last 3 days twisting and turning dish and getting hassle from good lady for not getting results.

My belief was that the 6800HD SHOULD be able to show the channels on 27.5W, but you don't actually say the source of the correct pids, sr, biss codes etc. - can you please explain EXACTLY how these channels were set up, as its certainly not a piece of cake, i.e. not simply a case of scanning in those channels on 11495?

If you look at the specs it can't handle the high sr in DVB-S2. I've got one also.

channel list complied by friend who has technomate, to provide the channel list.
All other transponders deleted on 27.5 and only the following showing on pid search.
Intelsat 27.5w

Mod dvb=s2 qpsk
code 9/10
pilot OFF
vpid 0101
audpid 0102
pcrpid 0101

entered biss keys via remote on line 1 whilst on bbc1
biss key starts 13 01 20.

With a 1.2 mtr dish I should have a better result??

Just looked up the spec for 6800 and as PMB suggested the spec for dbs2\q only goes up to 30000, 45000 for dbs2. I think this explains confusion over these boxes.
As a question if I need to get a different box have you any knowledge of what will definitely work with 27.5 w

Is that the new key since earlier this month as it is different to the one in my listings and wasn't aware it was public? Looking on expat forums firms down there I think they use another technomate box. There is a rumour that the encryption may change to another system. I will ask one of my ex Arqiva colleagues if he knows anything about that.

Yes mate, I think THAT fact may be the really 'telling' factor here - probably prevent all this working on your box mate - but good luck anyway!

TM5402HD - Blade 7000s - Technomate F3/5 - DrHD D15 - Clarke Tech 4100

I can definitely say that with the correct key the blade 7000 works as I tested one before the key change, although the HD channels had no sound despite the correct pids being shown , SD were ok though

Yes the codes are working at present.
Interesting that a spyderbox with tech spec of dvb2/q max 30000 sr works apparently.
Also have you heard of a Opti*** x406 this also works and the biss codes arrive with it.

I have never had a spiderbox work on 27.5w when we had the old codes , so not the 7000 or 9000 spiderboxes anyway

Yes I agree with ozzurf about the boxes the only things I can add are that it is working on VU+ duo and I have heard that it works on the TM 6800 & 6900 super only.
Quite a lot of work but well worth it!

edited the line 100 different ways
also edited the TP_PROG.dbs file different ways
theres nothing else i can edit on this box
