You need to sit yourself down and do plenty of looking and reading. Its all been said. You don't need an Emulator.
Start with the links below and Patch your Spiderbox.

Hi
Not a Spiderbox problem then, likely to be the people you get your lines from, (too many sharing) we can't help with that.
All I can suggest is to make sure you have your lines typed in correctly, make sure you have a good stable network or stable strong Wi-Fi signal.

the emulator is built into the patch, so just make sure you are using the newest patch

as for networking , try an IPTV film or programme , or a youtube video thats a long one , see if they work ok

if a youtube video and/or an IPTV film work ok then you have a good stable network, so the problem lies with your "source" which we cannot help you with

try one line at a time, not multiple lines

Can you watch BBC Iplayer or the like without any buffering? If you do it would be a good indication of a stable network. I

f you want to know if your network is really stable you need to log in to your router and check the number of error seconds (usually under 'ADSL Summary' I for example have: 57 error seconds in the last 1807 hours and 37.00 minutes which is a rock solid result.

If you want to test your line this site is very useful (despite its slightly odd name!). Shows if a valid line and also what shares.
