have you loaded any CCcams yet?
Check the guides, posted by Lee, from Goldwafers, they explain most things, including how to load cams:

Just noticed your second post. FTP just means File Transfer protocol, it's just a program that allows you to view files, on your VU+ receiver, transfer files across, and edit them.
Download the VU+ Control Centre, again provided by Lee:
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?168091-VuCC-Vu-Control-Centre-V0-8
You will need to find out your receivers IP address, go into the menu, look for Network and click on Adapter Settings.
If you experience any problems please post back. If using a later version, of Black Hole, try CCcam 230.

ftp the cccam.cfg file FROM var/etc to your pc , for safety
then ftp (using dcc or VuCC or flash fxp or filezilla) the ccam 230 ipk installer over to var/tmp on the box
then go into the menus and find the ipk local installer option, select it , it brings up the ipk file you sent over, select and install
make sure you have backed up the cccam.cfg file in var/etc BEFORE doing this (to your pc)
then ftp it back after installing cccam
then use the blue button and left right buttons to select and use cccam v2.30 as your default cam
