Frodo/XBMC on Vu+Duo??

Sorry if is a dumb question, and i have done some searching.
Have a Vu+ duo, and was looking at XBMC/Frodo
Am I correct in saying that the only way is to stream to the box via a PC?
Am looking at getting a jailbroken Apple TV box, but if the Vu will do it, then even better.
Any advice pls?

I use XBMC Plugin on my VU for streaming footy via SportsDevil & it works well watched the Toon v palace today in english audio

Can I do it stand alone on the Vu+ pls?

Want to somehow find, and install video devil.

I have got TS media running now, and video devil.
Vermin Media is blocking some stuff lol
I need to point the poxy to another place!!

I cannot get SportsDevil to work In TSmedia, but it's working great with enigma2-plugin-extensions-xbmcaddons_5.0_r0_all.ipk

Cant seem to get that to work on Open pli.
Perhaps i need to find and manually install an Xbmc.ipk?
