First question: have you formatted the USB Stick. Second question: Did you unzip the channels list file from the folder (assuming that you have used someone else's channel list), before you put on to the USB Stick.

thanks for your reply aldo I have 3 sticks witch I use for the box as for unzipping I have not needed option to unzip the files and ive not formatted any of them and have louded software on to the box with no ploblems I am trying to use compass's channel list thankyou

format the stick on the spiderbox

when you download the compass channel list, unpack it first , then copy and paste the unpacked channel list file onto the usb stick
