Help With XBMC Files Please.

I've managed to download xbmc addons kindly given by ^^COMPASS^^ into my VU+ box, but I'm lost as to how to transfer attached posted files in zip format into the "Instal Addons" and "Please Instal". Any help apreciated as to the format used and procedure.

I was stuck also until I read through this ^^COMPASS^^ thread

The key instruction is "Unzip and ftp to folder :- /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/XBMCAddons/XBMC"

After that just follow the XBMC menus
