I can't view paid channels on SB HD6000

OK. I have tried a lot but could not find a viable solution. A friend of mine helped me setup the box by adding latest patches etc and he told me that all i need to do now is enter my C line. I have tried this but I can't clear anything except for fta channels. they are all tuned fine and the satellite shows they have good reception etc.

In the network settings where I enter the C line, it has Green Button in front of the line, But it has 00 before the cards tab.

I have no idea where I am going wrong (not that I know much about CCCam and the box), some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
If you are able to view youtube etc, then you have internet connection.
The only advice is to make sure the line is typed in correctly, if it is you will have to sort the line problem with your provider.

The frustrating thing is I have checked my spelling of the C line again and again and they are fine. I rebooted the box so many times as well. I have tried 3 different lines but all are the same. When I put them in, they all show a green light in front of them (which goes off and on at random). :07:

Internet connection is fine, I can watch youtube on the box if I want to.

I had a similer problem as this and found it was the line,ask your provider to change the lines
