View Full Version : getting connecting scrambled service message nothing clearing

hi all for the last 2 days my sb6000 is not clearing any channels, my wireless internet shows full signal,(and is ok as regards my pc)

but network just shows connecting but that's it it does not show connected so I get service scrambled message.

I normally turn everything of at night,reboot sb6000 check internet signal is ok toggle network to get connecting message and reboot box this normally works for me.

the box is not yet a year old and no one seems to have posted a similar problem ? as far as I know there is no recent patch or update.

I have no idea how to resolve this issue can someone confirm there sb is ok as regard gift iks.

try todays new patch for the 6000

you should ask that on the va**** forum m8

they supply the patches for those boxes to work and have done since they took it over a couple of years ago

As echelon has previously stated you will have to make your query on the forum where you had to subscribe to get the IKS patch for your particular receiver.

have you installed todays new patch yet ?

also check it has the internet by checking iptv or youtube or whatever too

If the zip file won't open by click or double click you will need to search for unzipping software for the Mac.

I clearly mentioned in post #4 to use todays new patch, so no idea why you didnt follow that advice instead of posting number #9 causing me to reiterate the fact that the box must be repatched with todays patch

as for macs , we have a MAC forum for mac users to ask mac questions so please use that forum if wanting to know about mac usage and mac tools, or an online mac forum instead

so either find and use a mac tool suitable for this task, or use a tool that provides a virtual windows environment within the mac os desktop so you can use windows tools , you could join an online mac users forum if you need specific mac help too

not having the correct tools for the job (in this case a windows based pc) is bound to lead to problems and is not relevant to the spiderbox

Yes but the IKS Channels that he had been clearing were done so by purchasing a Key from another forum, so he still has to put his query on that forum and await the reply of the forum admin, as to when they may be made available.
