The new patch is an update one just for IKS. If you don't use IKS then you don't need the patch.

Just come back from holiday and found my IKS not working on 9000HD. Got patch to fix it from Vasiks.
I'm sure this is covered somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I've put the new IKS patch on to a usb stick and backed up the channel data. I want to put the new patch in the box and I need a step by step guide so I don't mess anything up. Have you got a link to a post showing the procedure? I've only done this once but it was years ago.
