Hello,

My friend has bought this decoder and he's in need of software to patch it.

I use my TM-6900 card reader with official cryptoworks card (UPC).

Which software do I need so my friend can use his "TM-5300d+ m2 usb super+" with official cryptoworks card.

Okay...will give it a go! anyone with more info...please let me know.
He doesn't want the decoder if it can't to crytoworks...so he wants to know if he needs to send it back.

Did he buy it new?
A new HD stb with cam slot or possibly cryptoworks supported card slot are very cheap.

We not really getting the full picture eh mate?

Yeah, he paid around 80 pounds.
the guy he bought it from dropped off a usb stick yesterday with software to try....he'll try it tonight. If it don't work we'll ask for a replacement.

Could still get hd feeds and view through sd tv, hd stb far superior to sd and very cheap now.

Hi mate, You seem to ignore every post I make. He doesn't want it for HD...nor does he want it for feeds.
He has an official UPC Hungary smart card. He wants a receiver that can decrypt cryptoworks.

We were told that with the right patch...! It can be done.

We are still trying. If we have no luck we'll get a different decoder and return this one. Meanwhile I have a Nokia 9800, Echostar 3600 and a Humax 5400. Either of these with my cryptoworks cam will work.

But If anyone know of a patch for the "TM-5300d+ m2 usb super +"... It would sure make my life a lot easier!!!

Well surely the easiest solution to his problem would be for You to give/sell him one of your Nokia 9800, Echostar 3600 and a Humax 5400, receivers then he will not have to bother with the TM-5300d+ m2 usb super +, which will not/does not support cryptoworks.

Hmmm Irdeto bought Cryptoworks....it says Irdeto on the card but it's cryptoworks!

We eventually found a patch...and it works. My friend found it...so well done to him.

All is good now. Thanks to everyone who tried to help!
