spiderbox 6000 channel scan

hi guys new heres e ive had my 6000hd for a few weeks now and having lots of trouble with it the time keeps changing and when you scan a satalite it delete every channel and satalite stored ive tried to send it back but seller being very unhelpful any ideas thanks

I hope that the channel editor help solve the problem that you were having.

I sorted my channels out. If I use the network search option it does reset the list to empty. Cheers. The editor is much easier to use. Cheers.
