help please with connection spiderbox + sly

I've got sly multi room connected upstairs and down. Is there away I can split one of the satellite cables and keep both sly boxes connected but somehow connect my spiderbox hd 6000 up without having to disconnect the satellite cables from one of my sly boxes each time I want to connect my spiderbox hd 6000 to view certain channels I don't get from sly. Hope this makes sense.

no , you cannot split a cable , you need to run a separate cable from the lnb direct to the box , leaving the ones feeding the sly boxes intact

if necessary it means changing the sly lnb from a quad to an octo
