Hq sat v1-2013

Hi all can anyone help me setup this stb (HQ SAT V1-2013) with mgcamd
done a few searches but nothing.

Please can some one help me on step by step how to flash this box (Hq-Sat-V1-2013).
when I switch it on it stuck and showing message "loading" and stays there forever, nothing comes up on the TV, that means I cant do anything.
Pls help me guys!
