Do you mean it doesn't recognize any files, on the stick, or doesn't recognize it at all?
Have you tried both USB ports?
Try formatting it, on your PC, in Fat 32, and see if the Spiderbox then recognizes it.
I have an old TDK that neither of my receivers recognize, including Spiderbox 9000HD, but works on my PC, yet my sancruzer works fine on both receivers. If you have another USB stick try that.

it seems your usb stick isnt formatted properly. i think you can format your stick from the stb. try formatting all the sticks again. with usb sticks it is often a lottery which ones work. but as a rule the better model of stick the more chance of working properly.

Have you tried both USB ports?, you did not answer this question.

Can you please list what files you have loaded, onto the stick.
Have you uncompressed them first? Using winzip, winrar or 7-zip?

Have you uncompressed the file, using a suitable utility, like winrar, winzip or 7-zip?
Once uncompressed you end up with a .UDB file, which you load onto your USB stick then access via the USB menu options.
