original bootloader 84d

I am looking for an original bootloader for my original db800 hd everything seems to be for clones, I want to install openpli 2.1 but I need 84d bootloader

I think you'll find the '84d' is for 'clones'
This is the ssl84 for Genuine Dreambox 800

If You have an original Dream then You should download the original open pli TRY their homepage.
84 is of course done for clones so You can install that file first and the install open pli for clones, better do it from the original me think

hi thanks so are you saying I should load original 84 bootloader and then a clone image openpli on my original dream

No wwe do not put clone software on your genuine dreambox
I'm sure that pli 2.1 comes with ssl 84 in the image but if it doesn't then flash the original ssl that I have linked to above then flash the original pli 2.1 image

thanks I am running openpli already works quite well but looking to change to the new openatv 4.0 anyway thanks for all the info sorted regarding the bootloader
