Well said. Also it does not help when someone asked for help and does not say what the problem is? It's a 6000 HD not a 9000? Different boxes? different set up? use usals and read up on how to use the box? (not the 9000 or any other box but read up on the spiderbox 6000 HD) YOU BE AMAZED AT HOW SIMPLE THINGS ARE...

When the majority of people decide to buy a new receiver, they do a little research on what that receiver can do, ie the Pro's & Cons, however in this case the OP Has not done so, and expects the spiderbox 6000 to work exactly the same as the 9000, which all users know it does not happen like that, and as hianta has stated it is relatively simple to setup the receive after doing a little bit reading.

got there in the end sorry but the 600hd is good box wot it opens but 4 me moter it wos hard work please can we have a free 2 air chanall no 1 on all sats to lelp wen motering like billybits did can u pass it on the g8 work the peps do bye the way I have had technomates 1500 6000 protect humax spider 900 hd 2 name some please don't b little people this is a g8 site keep up the good work thanks in advance

Have a go yourself, learn how to use the Editor to move a FTA channel to No1 on the Sats you require. (simples)
You will get help on the forum but you need to do some of the work yourself. Play with some channel lists.

sorry for having an opinion but as i said the 6000 is a good box but not as user friendly as some other boxes so sorry as i said before as well you'be little everybody them get you nowhere thank you in advance keep the good work up

hi i agree with above post it is tricky. i cant get 30 west on disec but all rest OK.have to tune manually,
it does needs improving but still what we can get is a great box. i thank you all for support.
