hi i have a ploblem when i connect to my cline .i had to turn wired off and then bk on to get it to work ..any one help me out please...

Did you follow the full setup details as below:


Instructions :
First save your channel list
Go to Network settings & select wired option
Go to Network-Ser*er Setup & turn CCcam, Newcamd lines (if you have) to off
Load patch
Factory Settings
Load your channel list

My observations. Loaded patch etc. From upgrade by network, was able to download the chan list but when trying to download the new firmware I only get the message wrong server info. I started from scratch & reloaded, but still getting the same results even after doing the reset & red update. Hope this helps.

The network upgrade option is for the NEXT patch, it says so in the info provided with the patch

sorry to be a pain..

Go Menu - Network Settings and check if your receiver has IP .
Maybe your problem is the router or ethernet cable.
I made some tests with c-n lines and many reboots of main and all seems fine for me.

hi i done it now wot i did was in the network i turn the auto ip off and put it in manual and now it ok now .. so thanks again for your help good the good work up..was ok it gone bk to turning off the network then bk on again in the menu .and i got ip there ..

Means there is no firmware available to download at the moment, or you are already running the latest released firmware.
