will not update over the internet

It was working last night, I tested both the Database (channel list) and Software (firmware) upgrading, maybe the server was down today or you lost your Internet connection (gone from wireless to wired).

Did it say "Failed to connect"... Did you press the RESET and then Red update button.

Software Upgrade option will be available for next patch as you are already updated now.
Database Upgrade is already available.

I have downloaded the channel list.
I wonder if this effected anything on my settings as my WI FI key was lost and I had to re enter it. Is ther something I can do to evade this happening again?

The channel list doesn't contain any options like diseqc1.2, usals , wi-fi key etc.
After you download it, select your options and save it in a usb stick.
Different users,different preferences.
