hi guy I have vu+duo on mtv I can here it no t and nothing else how do I find if cccam is on tried everthing even dummies guide but not nothing for me nothing on other channels blank thanks

What image do you have loaded?
In the latest Black Hole, 2.1.0, you just need to press the Blue Button for the CCcam information.
What satellite, and which MTV channel, are you trying to view?

black hole/mtv not wanting but it is only the one that has sound thanks 28east

That means your provider isn't being recognized, for that channel, check one of the satellite websites, like lyngsat.com, or flysat, and try manually scanning in the channel, using the information provided.
Quite a number of HD channels are no longer working, on 28.2E, there is another thread, on the forum, regarding this subject.
