protek 9710 /darkmotor problem

sometime ago i set up a protek9710 and 1mtr dish with darkmotor for my brother in law,used usals and selftaped screws thro all clamps,found many sats.afew weeks passed and problems,usals found astra and he was using diseq for 19 and 13 no others,i went thro and after some fiddling got the system back to usals,now a few weeks later all gone again,can only find sats manually using diseq inch y pinchy ,can not get the system to work with usals or dis,dont know what hes doing to cause this any ideas how to restore correct opps.:confused:

Hi JOE MADDISON,

Try reloading Motorised Sat Setting with
USB Stick.
Think Forum Digital Kaos has a set.

After picking up a Sat with diseq,
switch to usals and tweak your
Longitude to up Signal.
