A question about usals

I have always used diseqc 1.2 (with some minor problems).
If I move to usals and want to go back to diseqc, will my diseqc settings still be available?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you were to change from Diseqc to USALS, it maybe better to save your current channel list just in case you are not happy with the USALS results.

Thank you Aldo. Does your reply mean that if I saved my channel list, then the diseqc positions would be saved with it?

Yes they should be.

if they are stored in the motor you should be fine

but do as aldo says , backup your current list before attempting anything at all

I have no problem switching from usals to diseqc v1.2 and back on my 7000 , so cannot see why it would change on any spiderbox , or any other box for that matter
